Returns
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Errors: If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund.
Refunds
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: As mentioned above, we will provide a full refund for damaged or incorrect items.
• Customer Dissatisfaction: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds due to customer dissatisfaction with the color, size, or other aesthetic preferences. Ceramics are handmade items and may have slight variations.
Important Considerations
• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We recommend insuring your purchase during shipping.
